Sushi Tei @ Raffles City

Last Saturday nite, we met a friend who have come to work in Singapore for a few months and met him for dinner.

We ate at Sushi Tei, why did we go there? Coz we wanted to use some Sushi Tei vouchers! Did I hear lame? haha..

Anyway, we had Asagao Sashimi. Yummy! $18



We like seaweed, so here's it is. $4



Sis wants to eat this, so we had Hotate Miso Mayo. Very very good if you like things a bit salty. I love it. $8



I saw this in the menu, and wanted to try it.
Beef in Miso, but you gotta cook it yourself. Gyu Miso Yaki $13






3 of us ate faster than we can cook the beef! haha..



Something Korean in a Jap place, (I think I have shown this before).
Tofu Kimchi Nabe $16.
We ordered this because the last time we took it, we loved it.



I like Kimchi and this soup, it's so addictive! Yes, I drank lots of soup!



We must be so hungry that we forgot to take the picture of Tempura Mori $10 that we ate!

It was worth it because we only paid $53.13 nett.
(after incl towels, the misc taxes etc....)

Sushi Tei @ Holland Village

Our aunts visited. One from London, the other from Malaysia. Together with Singapore aunt & family, we all went to have Japanese Food. We treated them to Jap.

We ate at Sushi Tei at Holland V. Here's what we ate.

They are having a Spring Promotion Special Menu. We ordered this from the Spring Menu.
Yummy and Delicioius. Salmon, Salmon Belly, Tuna, Scallops, Tuna. I love those mint leaves, they are so refreshing!

Aunt from Spore loves ST's garlic rice, so we ordered it.



This looks interesting on the menu, so we ordered it. It's Wasapillar or something. It's something that looks like a caterpillar. Interesting eh!



Our fav, Jap Baby Octupus. We also had our fav seaweed behind.. (those sharp eyes pple eg Tigerfish can sure spot it one... haha)



This is another delicious thingy. It's egg roll and it wraps up unagi. Its warm too. You should try it!



Something else from the Spring Menu. Steamboat!



We ordered some Kimchi Steamboat.



It's quite big. Just nice for the 8 of us plus all the food above.
Lots of salmon, udon, kimchi, mushroom, etc...



We also had other thing that this photographer forgot to take, eg our usual Unagi Bento.
I think I should get the sushi tei card to get discounts man....

Sushi Tei @ Holland Village - Celebrating Colleague's Birthday

It was colleague's birthday, remember the cake post, this is what we ate for lunch. We went to Sushi Tei at Holland Village.

Colleagues and I, remember we love to eat. Visiting a place like this, you can guess what happens! Enjoy!

Salmon Belly Sashimi. We were there at the right time. They were cutting around 9-10 huge salmon at that time.

Sushi Tei: Eel, Sashimi and Baby Octopus

These are posts of Japanese food at Sushi Tei at Holland Village. One afternoon, it was lunch time, we were already so hungry but this colleague of ours asked us to wait, we waited for more than half an hour for him to be ready, we almost died of hunger.

When he was ready, he saw us almost semi-unconcious, so he said, get up! I treat you all Jap food. Wah, we were suddenly energised! ok ok. This is a true story, you know which part has been exaggerated. You are all clever people :-)

We ordered some sashimi.


We also took our fav baby octopus from the conveyer belt thingy.


And some unagi sushi. You can see how tasty it is right?


Hmmm someone commented that I should put more photos, so there's 3 today. More to come tomorrow :-)
